Where do you ship from?Â
- I'm based in Washington, USA and I use USPS to ship my orders~
Do you ship worldwide? Europe?
- In most countries I do!
- EU/UK orders are currently not accepted at this time (But I do welcome requests to open my Etsy!).
- (But, if they are) EU/UK orders will be subject to VAT and are the customer's responsibility. Please contact your respective customs authorities to submit VAT payment to receive your package once it arrives in your country. There will be no refunds if your package is returned due to it being unclaimed, however, additional costs can be arranged for redelivery.Â
- The Postal Serviceâ„¢ may have temporarily suspended international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. For more info about these suspensions visit the USPS page.
- Note: I typically send our First class international mail. If I see your country on the list after the purchase I will contact you and send a refund.
How long does it take to process an order once it is placed?Â
- Typically, orders can take 1 - 5 days to process depending on the number of orders I have. You will receive an email (with a tracking number if your order requires one).
- Pre-order times vary and can take approx. 3 months on average.
How long is the shipping duration?
- Domestic: ~3 - 7 business days
- International: ~2 weeks - 1 month or longer potentially due to Covid 19 delays
How do I track orders?
- Letter mail - I currently do not offer tracking numbers for letter mail!
- Everything else - A tracking number will be provided to you via email and you can check the status at USPS or the tracking service provided.
Can you combine shipping or hold my order?
- Combined Shipping: Please let me know the tracking numbers for the orders you wish to combine. I will refund all or part of the old shipping fee depending on the updated shipping fee.Â
- Holding orders:Â Let me know how long you want me to hold your order and provide a future shipping date so I know when to ship it out.
Shipping and order issues? What are your return, exchange, or cancellation policies?
- All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, please contact me if your order arrives damaged.
- Missing mail - If you believe your order is lost during transit please feel free to contact me. I will do my best to help track your order, but ultimately, I am not responsible if anything goes wrong after the package is sent out.
- Returned mail - If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, customers have the option to request a refund for the item purchased. Alternatively, orders can be re-sent by repaying the shipping fee again.Â
- Order issue: Contact me ([email protected]) if you have any problems with your order! Please be ready to provide the order number and photos of any damage and I'd be happy to help~
- If you issue a chargeback without consulting me first you will be blacklisted from ordering from me.
Buying as a gift?
- Sure! Please tell me the name and message you want me to include in the comment section when you place your order. ^^ Usually, I like to add little decorations to gift messages with whatever cute thing I can find, but let me know if you have any other small requests! Â
PRE-ORDERS - !! (General)
- Pre-orders may take up to 3 months or more depending on the product being manufactured. Only place an order if you are 100% sure you want to!Â
- Orders with pre-order items in them will be shipped together when pre-order items are ready in order to save shipping costs.Â
- Sometimes I do G.O (group orders) to help my customer save a little on shipping costs. Please refer to my G.O page for information on what G.Os are, why I do them, pre-order updates, and more information on the G.O manager for your country if applicable.Â
